Requirements and Responsibilities

Dealer Relationship Manager II manages relationships with automobile dealers to drive indirect auto lending volume and strengthen the bank's market presence. Develops and maintains strong partnerships with assigned auto dealers to promote financing programs and achieve production goals. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager II evaluates dealer performance, credit quality, and compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. Provides training, support, and guidance to dealers on loan products, underwriting standards, and submission processes. Additionally, Dealer Relationship Manager II identifies business development opportunities through market analysis, dealer visits, and competitive intelligence. Collaborates with credit, operations, and risk teams to resolve issues and improve dealer satisfaction. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Dealer Relationship Manager II work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
