Requirements and Responsibilities

Document Control Analyst II develops policies and procedures for records/data management system. Sets up and maintains records/data management system to capture all records control requirements, including maintenance of files, quality assurance, information conversions, and systems automation. Being a Document Control Analyst II requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Document Control Analyst II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. To be a Document Control Analyst II typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
