Enrollment & Billing Senior Manager
Enrollment & Billing Senior Manager oversees and manages the team responsible for processing and maintaining accurate enrollment and/or billing information for an insurance organization. Ensures that information is processed accurately and appropriately. Being an Enrollment & Billing Senior Manager responds to questions from members, verifies eligibility, assists with enrollment, and updates records. Handles more complex enrollment or billing issues. Additionally, Enrollment & Billing Senior Manager ensures compliance with all legal regulations, industry standards, and operational guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enrollment & Billing Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
