Requirements and Responsibilities

Financial Advising Senior Manager manages a team of financial advisors to deliver high-quality financial planning and investment advisory services to clients. Implements strategies and frameworks to deliver high-quality investment, tax, estate, and retirement advice. Being a Financial Advising Senior Manager coaches and develops advisors through training, performance management, and mentorship to enhance client service and business growth. Establishes sales targets and monitors performance metrics to drive revenue and client acquisition. Additionally, Financial Advising Senior Manager collaborates with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives and improve advisory services and processes. Ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal policies across all advisory activities. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Financial Advising Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
