Requirements and Responsibilities

Flight Attendant attends to airplane passengers to ensure their safety while on the aircraft. Serves beverages and food and keeps the cabin clean for passengers' comfort. Being a Flight Attendant maintains supplies on the plane. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Flight Attendant typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Flight Attendant typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
