Flight Inspection Director
Flight Inspection Director plans and directs aircraft parts, systems, and equipment inspections to ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards and requirements. Develops policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent inspection protocols. Being a Flight Inspection Director trains, educates, and informs inspectors on best practices and changing regulations. Reviews inspection reports to ensure regular inspections are conducted and any violations are resolved promptly. Additionally, Flight Inspection Director maintains a thorough understanding of all pertinent standards, specifications, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires Flight Inspector License. Typically reports to senior management. The Flight Inspection Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrast
