Food Services Manager - Higher Ed.
Food Services Manager - Higher Ed. oversees the daily operations of the institution's food service function. Implements and maintains food service policies in dining halls. Establishes quality standards for foods and maintains cleanliness of the facilities in accordance with state or local regulations.
