Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Manager manages GMP compliance programs to ensure consistent adherence to regulatory standards across manufacturing operations. Develops, implements, and maintains GMP policies, procedures, and quality systems to drive program success. Being a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Manager oversees deviation management, CAPA programs, change control processes, and risk assessments. Evaluates compliance trends and metrics to identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manages and develops GMP staff to ensure appropriate coverage, competency, and performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require GMP certification (GMPCP). Typically reports to a director.
