Requirements and Responsibilities

Implementation Specialist III assists external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions. Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes. Being an Implementation Specialist III defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans. Tests and troubleshoots final system setups. Additionally, Implementation Specialist III provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Implementation Specialist III contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. To be an Implementation Specialist III typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.
