Industrial Designer II develops industrial design specifications to optimize the product function and value. Analyzes the intended use of products and user preferences to carry out a complete detail and layout drawings. Being an Industrial Designer II ensures final designs meet marketing requirements, quality and cost goals, product specifications, and manufacturability standards. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Industrial Designer II typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Industrial Designer II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be an Industrial Designer II typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
