Requirements and Responsibilities

Instructional Designer II is responsible for designing and developing online course content. Creates engaging and effective learning materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive exercises. Being an Instructional Designer II works with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and relevance of learning materials. Assesses the effectiveness of learning materials and makes improvements based on feedback and data analysis. Additionally, Instructional Designer II requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Instructional Designer II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be an Instructional Designer II typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
