Instructional Technology Specialist provides support for faculty in the effective use of instructional technologies. Implements standardized procedures for the use of instructional technology. Being an Instructional Technology Specialist provides training to faculty and staff on the use of instructional technologies. Troubleshoots technical problems as needed. Additionally, Instructional Technology Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Instructional Technology Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be an Instructional Technology Specialist typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
