Lending Officer II oversees lending activity for a market vertical and/or geographic area. Responsible for approving larger complex loans and supporting credit team with structuring and pricing simpler loans. Being a Lending Officer II assess risk and ensures adherence to bank credit policies and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree of finance or related area. Additionally, Lending Officer II typically reports to top management. The Lending Officer II works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in solution or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. To be a Lending Officer II typically requires 10+ years of related experience.
