Prepares, revises, and maintains MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics using CAD and BIM software under the direction of engineering staff. Coordinates with engineers, designers, and field personnel to resolve drafting discrepancies and incorporate design changes. Additionally, MEP Coordinator II reviews plans for conformance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications, and flags issues for engineering review. Responsible for accurate and complete version control, file management, and the organization of project records throughout the design phase. Requires an associate degree.
