Coaches and mentors merchandising staff to deliver product assortments that reflect branding, buying trends and support seasonal customer demand. Additionally, Merchandising Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Merchandising Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs.
