Molecular Biology Senior Manager leads high-impact molecular biology initiatives to elucidate disease mechanisms, driving the discovery and development of novel therapeutic targets in support of corporate biotechnology and pharmaceutical pipelines. Monitors the development, optimization, and validation of advanced molecular techniques (e.g., NGS, CRISPR, cloning, high-throughput imaging) to ensure cutting-edge analytical capabilities for genetic material assessment.
