Requirements and Responsibilities

Online Banking Manager manages the team responsible for administering and supporting online banking products, including online account applications, debit and credit cards inquiries, and online bill-paying services. Ensures responses to customer issues and questions about online tools and products are accurate and timely. Being an Online Banking Manager creates processes and procedures regarding online banking transactions and creating new accounts. Ensures all transactions adhere to internal bank policies and applicable regulations. Additionally, Online Banking Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Online Banking Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Online Banking Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
