Implements policies and procedures to ensure an organization's inventions or trademarks are valid and protected. Being a Patent Law Senior Manager monitors and tracks a portfolio of new and existing patents. Reviews technical and legal descriptions of patents or trademarks to ensure claims are clearly defined and meet patent office requirements. Additionally, Patent Law Senior Manager oversees patent filings and communicates with regulatory examiners to resolve objections, amend claims, and ensure approval.
