Requirements and Responsibilities

Personal Banking Representative is responsible for providing in-branch services to customers. Identifies customer needs and uses current knowledge of bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Personal Banking Representative processes basic branch service transactions and refers customers to the right resource to facilitate other banking requests. Provides solutions to account issues, answers customer inquiries, and provides education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Personal Banking Representative requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Personal Banking Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Personal Banking Representative typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
