Product Quality Systems Technician III supports the coordination and implementation of product quality assurance processes, systems, and controls. Responsible for monitoring daily workflows, focusing on the prevention and containment of systemic product quality issues. Being a Product Quality Systems Technician III collaborates with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to deploy product quality assurance initiatives and process changes. Conducts routine process audits to ensure product quality assurance policies are in use and effective. Additionally, Product Quality Systems Technician III documents failures or nonconformance and collects samples, photos, and pertinent data for root cause analysis. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Product Quality Systems Technician III works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be a Product Quality Systems Technician III typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
