Requirements and Responsibilities

Real Estate Representative V supports an organization's real estate operations and activities to facilitate the buying, selling, or leasing of properties. Provides research and assistance for location planning, building or land acquisition, leasing, and disposition. Being a Real Estate Representative V prepares transaction paperwork and documentation accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. Maintains status reports for property negotiations, renewals, and leases to keep management updated and inform decision-making. Additionally, Real Estate Representative V may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Real Estate Representative V works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. To be a Real Estate Representative V typically requires 10+ years of related experience.
