Requirements and Responsibilities

Registrar Records Coordinator I is responsible for managing and maintaining student academic records. Ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional and legal requirements. Being a Registrar Records Coordinator I enters and updates student data in the student information system. Maintains accurate and secure official academic records, including student information, course enrollment, grades, and transcripts. Additionally, Registrar Records Coordinator I requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Registrar Records Coordinator I works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
