Reinsurance Support Associate is responsible for providing support and assistance to the reinsurance function. Assists in evaluating and managing the risk transferred from primary insurance companies to reinsurance companies. Being a Reinsurance Support Associate supports the team that assesses risk exposure and determines the appropriate reinsurance strategy. Performs routine reinsurance administrative duties, such as maintaining records, processing, and verifying new business. Additionally, Reinsurance Support Associate requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Reinsurance Support Associate works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Reinsurance Support Associate typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
