Requirements and Responsibilities

Risk Adjustment Data Analysis Director directs an organization's risk adjustment processes to assess patient risk scores and ensure accurate reimbursement calculations. Establishes strategies, policies, and standards governing risk adjustment data collection, validation, and submission. Being a Risk Adjustment Data Analysis Director oversees analytics initiatives that assess risk score trends, financial impact, and program performance. Leads teams of managers and analysts to achieve accuracy, compliance, and operational goals. Additionally, Risk Adjustment Data Analysis Director advises senior leadership on risk adjustment strategy, regulatory changes, and revenue implications. Ensures organizational readiness for regulatory audits and data validation reviews. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management.
