SAP Business Analysis Senior Manager manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an SAP Business Analysis Senior Manager leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that SAP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, SAP Business Analysis Senior Manager monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of SAP applications. Manages SAP vendors and facilitates communication to identify new applications or technology. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.
