Requirements and Responsibilities

Senior Foreclosure Specialist is responsible for monitoring and managing the foreclosure process. Tracks deadlines and progress. Being a Senior Foreclosure Specialist prepares and organizes foreclosure documents, title records, and other required paperwork. Works with attorneys and investors to resolve issues that may arise within the foreclosure process. Additionally, Senior Foreclosure Specialist ensures all actions are compliant with federal, state, investor, and company guidelines. Typically handles more complex foreclosure cases. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Senior Foreclosure Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Senior Foreclosure Specialist typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
