Student Services Specialist provides administrative support and coordination in a specific student service, such as admissions, registrar, financial aid, housing or similar student-related function. Has sufficient functional knowledge to independently assist students and parents with standard questions and processes. Being a Student Services Specialist typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Student Services Specialist works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
