Requirements and Responsibilities

Transaction Services Manager manages and coordinates all aspects of the organization's transaction services. Monitors the staff who receive, open, sort, and process check payments and remittances. Being a Transaction Services Manager ensures accurate data capture and check imaging, manages security protocols, and maintains compliance with all applicable financial regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Transaction Services Manager typically reports to a director. The Transaction Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
