Vendor Relations Manager oversees strategic vendor management programs to create collaborative supplier relationships that control costs, manage risks, and support compliance with standards and requirements. Develops and sustains relationships with critical vendors by communicating and conducting regular reviews of status and issues. Being a Vendor Relations Manager enables suppliers' understanding of the business's requirements, needs, and service expectations by providing a solid foundation of information and resources. Defines the escalation paths and methods to use to resolve problems.
