Defines and prioritizes business needs, develops initiatives, and drives the strategic planning and road mapping of IT projects. Establishes and approves operating policies and procedures to ensure computer equipment, hardware, and software operate in alignment with organizational needs and standards. Additionally, VP of Information Technology monitors performance reports and user feedback to develop insights and strategies for operational and business initiatives. May require a master's degree.
