Requirements and Responsibilities

VP of Marketing Data Analytics plans and oversees the data analysis and statistical modeling of marketing data to support strategic decision-making and drive business objectives. Develops high-level data strategies, planning long-term initiatives that align with the organization's objectives. Being a VP of Marketing Data Analytics liaises with marketing, development, and other senior stakeholders to ensure data strategies and insights are integrated and captured into processes, designs, and content. Provides strategic oversight to develop data mining architectures and methodologies. Additionally, VP of Marketing Data Analytics monitors and improves data governance policies to ensure collection, analysis, and reporting activities comply with data integrity standards and privacy regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The VP of Marketing Data Analytics manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.
