We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and revenue cycle management, with proficiency in Quicken and governmental accounting.

**Duties:**

- Manage accounts receivable transactions and follow up on outstanding invoices

- Perform journal entries and coding related to accounts receivable

- Utilize 10-key typing for accurate data entry

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries

- Assist in revenue reporting and reconciliation processes

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in accounts receivable or related field

- Knowledge of governmental accounting practices is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
