The Position:

Our kitchen has an excellent reputation built on the talent of our team. As a bartender at The Willcox, you are providing our guests with fresh, seasonal cuisine and cocktails.  If you are reliable, eager-to-learn, with a friendly/positive attitude, you will be very successful in “wow”ing our guests.

Additional responsibilities include:

·         Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel valued

·         Having a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus, making suggestions, and describing dishes and cocktails to guests

·         Taking orders, delivering food, overseeing guest maintenance, and monitoring guest satisfaction

·         Opening and closing responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

·         Be friendly and smiling

·         Good communication skills

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

·         Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.

·         Ability to navigate steps/stairs on a regular basis
