Essential Functions
Solve customer problems through the sale and repair of electrical equipment (i.e., pumps, motors, transformers, power centers, etc.)
Maintain relationships with current customers and establish relationship with new customers.
Represents company at trade shows.
Coordinate with customers and Tram in-house operations to define project scope and deliveries.
Manage a strong existing sales territory.
Pick-up and deliver equipment to/from customer site to Tram facilities.
Work with a team and as an individual to make our customer the hero.
Work Environment:
Based out of our Delta, Colorado office. This is a full-time salary exempt position, which operates in a professional office environment and across an array of industrial environments, where PPE and situational awareness are paramount to personal safety. Must have ability to lift and safely carry 50 pounds. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am – 5pm.Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate automobiles is required. Travel is primarily local, although periodic overnight travel does occur. Industrial sales & Marketing experience is encouraged, and being able to golf better than the rest of us would be a definite bonus!

This position performs various clerical and customer service-related tasks to support our office with an emphasis on accuracy of data entry.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and can learn and follow procedures quickly and accurately. Good phone etiquette and strong customer service skills required.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Programs.
