Epic Application Support Manager you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities - Act as the primary contact and coordinator for all questions and issues that arise in day to day management of the Application Support teams
- Monitor adherence to SLAs, KPI and Application Development processes and activities for the Application Support teams
- Lead daily and weekly team meetings with analysts to review priorities and document issues and risks
- Manage Application Analysts, conducting performance evaluations
- Provide direction to application specific analysts related to application support activities
- Document application specific status, issues, and risks for communication to the respective Client Service Delivery Manager
- Audit tickets and service requests, ensuring process and documentation standards are met within individual application teams and align with standards across all application teams
- Support month end reporting requirements and participate in applicable governance meetings
- Ensures application support is client focused and not siloed
- Work with offshore teams to coordinate day to day application support activities and ensure proper handoff of responsibilities between shifts
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications Required - 6 years' experience in project management
- Experience managing teams in a clinical healthcare managed services environment
- EPIC certification
- Experience in end-to-end project implementations
- Familiarity working with offshore teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
