Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a hospital setting.
Strong administrative, computer and clinical skills.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, quality management and team building expertise.
Prior management experience desirable.
Must be familiar with USP Chapters 797 and 800 regulatory requirements for compounded sterile products and hazardous drugs (chemo), computer skills, technical and clinical pharmacy practice.
