Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Law typically reports to a department head. You will be dealing with simple an complex cases in both state and federal courts.     We are seeking someone experienced (minimum one years') with law and motion. We are seeking people who are great researchers and get the job done. Writing complaints as well as propounding to discovery are the other main tasks this position entails. , Strong research skills are critical, as well as great grammar, and a good sense of organization. Communicating with clients and responding to emails are also requirements of this position.

    This position is only for persons who live in San Diego; you are welcome to work remotely or in our offices but we also require you to come in for at least 1 -3 hours every week or two; the position is also open to project workers.

We consider ourselves a university in the sense that we are constantly learning as the law and its application are always evolving.
