The Nurse Manager provides overall clinical and operational management on a 24 hour basis. Strong leadership, managerial skills, communication and collaborative skills are critical in order to provide quality patient care and an environment that fosters staff growth and satisfaction. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the management of human, material and fiscal resources to ensure the delivery of safe, quality, and patient focused care in the unit or service.
