Being a Branch Management Trainee training incorporates multiple areas of banking, including sales, lending, systems operations, staff administration, and business development. Develops broad knowledge and understanding of bank products and policies. Additionally, Branch Management Trainee requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Peco Foods, Inc. provides full-time, permanent employment for recent college graduates that have an interest in establishing and growing their career in the poultry industry. This Management Training Program will introduce you to our company, our process, and our industry. Through the Management Training program, you will gain hands on experience in a poultry processing complex, broadening your understanding of poultry production , as well as provide leadership training that will lead to long term success with Peco Foods. The program is designed to provide Trainees with the opportunity to gain exposure to various disciplines and to build a network of contracts within our vertically structured process.
The program also aids in recruitment and retention strategies and efforts to build a strong and viable company that will continue to serve our customers, while simultaneously growing a diverse, well-trained team of future leaders. The objective of the program is " For each Trainee to gain a working knowledge of a vertically integrated poultry company" and develop the leadership skills to manage the processes and the team members of Peco Foods.
Length of the Program: Six months from late June to December
