SUMMARY:
The Buffet Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guest visiting the buffet. Provide drinks and any other guest request. Removes dirty dishes promptly from the tables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for serving all beverages ordered by guests in a proper, efficient and friendly manner.
· Provides exceptional customer service to guests visiting the buffet.
· Uphold cleanliness standards for station and shared areas of responsibility.
· Remove dirty dishes from tables.
· Assist other employees when needed.
· Duties may differ by work location.
· Performs other job duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Ability to work a flexible schedule.
· Maintain close working relationship with management and co-workers.
· Provide professional, friendly customer service.
· Must be able to obtain a Cherokee Nation Gaming License.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Must have a food handler’s card from the Cherokee Nation.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and balancing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Frequent exposure to extreme cold, extreme heat, moisture, smoke, and toxic/caustic chemicals.
