About WELLBOUND Certified Home Health Agency:

We are actively seeking passionate Licensed Occupational Therapists to join our team and serve the geriatric population at our Mohegan Lake facility. Join us for paid training, active leadership support, and access to abundant resources.

Position: Occupational Therapist

Location: Brooklyn

Job Rate for an Occupational therapist:

• $85-$90 per visit (Fee-for-Service)
• $95,000-100,000 yearly salary (Full-Time)

Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist:

• Implement individualized treatment plans addressing physical and cognitive disabilities to maximize function and improve the quality of life.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide effective and timely communication.

Qualifications / Requirements for Occupational Therapist:

• Valid NYS Professional License
• NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY
• Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is a plus but not required.
