The applicant should be an individual who is a licensed RN in the state of Nebraska (or able to obtain within 90 days of hire). Applicants with a BSN are preferred but not required. Perioperative experience and a willingness to learn is the most valuable asset an applicant can possess. Having former leadership experience is preferred but not required.
