Intensive Community Outreach Services is a behavioral health provider serving the greater Central Virginia area. We are currently seeking an Office Manager to provide a range of support functions for the administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, effective written and oral communication skills, experience with human resource functions, human service and/or customer service experience, and a task-oriented approach to contributing to our team.

Job responsibilities include:

• Respond to calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy and directing consumers and staff appropriately within the organization
• Maintain records according to company policies and procedures
• Engage with new hires and active staff to ensure personnel records are complete
• Ensure the office area is presentable and engaging
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Ensure the office is accessible to staff and visitors by opening and closing the office on schedule
• Support the administrative team by completing weekly and monthly reports
• Efficiently opening, reviewing and directing mail or packages to the appropriate colleague or department for swift processing and response
• Ensuring confidentiality at all times when communicating with staff or clients
• Sending faxes and scanning/uploading documentation into the electronic records system
• Use of Excel spreadsheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,281.85 per year
