We are seeking an IT Staffing Business Development Manager/ Business Account Manager who can bring their own client list and staffing requirements. This is a commission-based position with profit-sharing opportunities and does not require full-time commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Bring in IT staffing requirements and identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their staffing requirements
• Manage the sales process and lead a team of recruiters
• Promote the company's services through marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT staffing contracts and business development
• Own client list with IT-related job requirements and placements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
