- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met throughout the organization

- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters

- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs

- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies as required

- Investigate any reported violations or concerns related to compliance

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of compliance management principles and practices

- Experience in quality assurance and project management

- Familiarity with DOT regulations, and hours of service

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Proficient in using relevant software applications
