Role Overview: As the Inventory Manager and Production Assistant, you will be at the heart of our factory operations, ensuring smooth inventory management processes and providing vital administrative support to the production team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization and enjoys working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your experience working in manufacturing to support inventory management processes
• Collect and organize critical tax information for purchases with meticulous attention to detail
• Assist with purchasing activities, including sourcing materials and supplies
• Coordinate shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Provide administrative support to the production team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a passion for maintaining order
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working in manufacturing is a must
