Being an Electromechanical Technician may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Electromechanical Technician relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Responsible for production processes that transform rolls of raw materials into its final form prior to packaging. Current businesses where converting occurs are: Floss Making (Spinning and Coating), Brush Bristling, Family Care, Feminine Care and Baby Care. Acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate. Operates and maintains the equipment in their area.
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $25.41 per hour
