Emergency Services Director directs the staff and programs of the emergency services unit. Develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for emergency service programs. Either 1: three years of full-time, paid experience as a firefighter in a fire department, military fire department, or industrial fire brigade. Experience must have been obtained on or after January 1, 2005.
Or
2: six years of experience as a volunteer firefighter or firefighter trainer. Experience must be obtained on or after January 1, 2005.
Non-Qualifying experience: Radio dispatch, administrative or bookkeeping duties.
