DESCRIPTION: Cleans and maintains public areas while providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES:
· Housekeeper Employees must engage in providing cleanliness and good customer service.
· Ensures policies and procedures are followed by day-to-day operation.
· Must communicate and coordinate with all other departments.
· Must sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum all gaming floors and restrooms.
· Responsible for cleaning machines daily.
· Make sure all chairs are clean and shampooed
· Empty trash containers and clean daily; inside and outside of container.
· Making sure deep cleaning is done daily.
· Notifies manager or other supervisors about needs of the building or facility repairs, replacement of lights, heating, and ventilating equipment.
· Responsible for attending all mandatory training and meetings.
· Must have ability to manage critical deadlines and priorities effectively and efficiently.
· Responsible for making sure all equipment is cleaned and is in working condition.
· On feet or standing for full duration of shift
· All other duties assigned.
