Job Summary

The Lift Operator is responsible for the operation of chair lifts, welcoming, and often assisting guests at the bottom and top of lifts. Performs opening and closing procedures and sets up lift mazes and grooms’ ramps.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Opens/Closes chairlifts and mazes
• Set up & takedown of lift line mazes
• Greeting, welcoming guests
• checking the functions of the lift
• Puts up ropes and keeps area clean and organized
• Communicates with other operators to execute the daily operations and manage any mishaps that may happen during the day.
• Must be able to be punctual
• Other duties as assigned
